Hon. Matt Hancock (Member of Parliament for West Suffolk), Gary Rowe (Groundwork), Mark Rafferty (Tesco) and Sam Vare (Tesco) as part of the national &#8216;Local Charities Day&#8217;.\u00a0 Mr Hancock is the Minister of State for Digital and Culture, and was promoting his department sponsored day.\u00a0 He was given a tour of our fine facility and was genuinely interested in our fine heritage &#8211; especially keen to learn about our flintknapping, rabbit warrening and the archaeological dig by the river.\u00a0 Before the tour he presented the centre with a \u00a34,000 cheque, courtesy of the Tesco\/Groundwork scheme &#8211; &#8216;Bags of Help&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Local Charities Day Today we welcomed the Rt.
